You may request to cancel your order for a refund within 2 hours after the date and time of your order. All cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours and we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. 

Incorrect address or phone number

If you have entered an incorrect address or phone number then please contact us at help@farowl.in immediately before the order is dispatched. Once the product is dispatched to our courier partners, we won’t be able to do anything and the product will not be delivered and it will be returned to us later.
